Week 1: Tacos and Mother’s Day
BOOKS: Dragons Love Tacos

LANGUAGE: Mother’s Day Lap Book and Banner, How To Writing Food Sequencing- Tacos I love sending home the Mother’s Day activity as our final take-home gift. It’s such a special gift and ALWAYS well-received. This activity comes with different versions to include aunts and grandmothers too! On the SLP end, it hits targets for expressive language and sequencing steps for a task.
Week 2: Pond Life
BOOKS: Over and Under the Pond, One Duck Stuck Over and Under the Pond is a must-have since it works for a vast age range! The illustrations and text are rich, but not too complex for younger students. It’s packed with vocabulary and compare/contrast opportunities.

Week 3: Camping

Target usually has an entire end cap with all the supplies you need, which makes it super convenient. After making s’more together, you can focus on written expression and sequencing steps with the S’mores page from my How to Writing series.
Week 4: Flowers
BOOKS: The Tiny Seed
ARTICULATION: Dice and Dot Spring, 100 Articulation Trials (flowers page)
LANGUAGE: Dice and Dot Spring This resource includes 280+ pages of NO PREP articulation and language activities! Targets include all sounds/all position, vocabulary, grammar, and writing. Printable and digital formats allow you to transition from in person sessions to teletherapy.
