Week 1: Farm
BOOKS: Mrs. Wishy-Washy’s Farm, Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type
ARTICULATION: Popper Companion- Cow, Match and Say- Farm The Match and Say activity is NO PREP and can be used for mixed groups. You can even see a walkthrough video on my Instagram Match and Say highlights HERE!

Week 2: Space

LANGUAGE: Battle Dice and Dot with Star Craft This craft activity is FUNctional (my favorite kind) and can double as cute room decor.
Week 3: Friendship and Kindness
BOOKS: Strictly No Elephants, Little Elliot, Big City, Melia and Jo, I Walk With Vanessa If you want to focus on inclusion, I highly recommend reading Strictly No Elephants. It’s a powerful book with a heartwarming message on how important it is to stick up for others.
ARTICULATION: Battle Dice and Dot with Kindness Cactus Craft
LANGUAGE: BTS Book Companions, Battle Dice and Dot with Kindness Craft This is another FUNctional craft activity that you can use to create a kindness bulletin board that can be left up year-round.
Week 4: Back to School
BOOKS: School’s First Day of School, The Girl Who Never Made Mistakes, Chrysanthemum I use the book The Girl Who Never Made Mistakes to open a discussion about problem-solving when things don’t go as planned. It can even be used with middle schoolers! Another fantastic option is Chrysanthemum, which talks about struggles with acceptance and gaining confidence in your self-worth.
